New Internal Medicine Doctor joins Medical Community
Dodge City, Kansas - August 31, 2009. Western Plains Medical Complex is pleased to announce that a new physician has joined the medical community of Dodge City. Ulices Perez Feliz, MD has joined the Dodge City Medical Center group practice and will be on the active medical staff at Western Plains as a new Internal Medicine physician.Dr. Perez Feliz comes to Kansas after completing his Internal Medicine Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York. He received his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and worked as a primary care physician in the Dominican Republic before entering his residency in Internal Medicine. His wife, Dr. Aixell Mercedes, will be joining the Dodge City Medical Center later this fall where she will be working as a pediatrician. The doctors have three children.
